I’ve been here multiple times and the quality of the nail services is generally good, which makes this disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the overall experience is inconsistent due to issues with communication and scheduling. Since there is typically only one person handling the front desk, interactions there tend to shape the experience, and mine have often been unwelcoming and made it difficult to plan even a simple visit.
