Yesterday, my husband & I went to Brilliant nails for a pedicure. It was recommended on a local Neighborhood site. When I first drove into the parking lot, I decided it wasn't the place for me. WRONG !!! The following week I decided to walk in and ask what they charged & from the moment I walked in I realized I judged the place before I knew anything. I convinced my husband to go with me.
