first time I went everything was great. second time not great but okay so I just let it go. this time ? I was only there a week ago and lost two nails 2 days after being there AND I have mold under my pinky nail. Lasts a while but room for opportunity in customer service. Made an appointment and watched 3 people get pulled before me. One had an appointment after me but “had to be out in a certain time”. Left and rescheduled after sitting and waiting for an hour. Arguing sometimes between staff and following you to the door for Venmo tip. Extra charge for using your debit. Good retention tho
