This was the first time I been to this shop. And I was really excited because it was my birthday and I don't get my nails done often. I was sat at number 4 and wanted a full set. The lady I had rushed my nails. I could tell because she didn't even cut my cuticles she just hurried into the full. Along the way she kept making small comments for me to relax my hand, tell me I have too much tension in my hand and even asked me if it was my first time getting my nails done. Horrible! Diana, the nail tech was very unprofessional and very rude. She did not take her time and she had no clue what she was doing. After expressing how unsatisfied I was with her work to the owner, He still charged me full price. I do not recommend I will not be going back again

I wanted to love this place. Let me start by saying I usually see Sandy and she was on vacation. She does a GREAT job. I’ve never had an issue with her work. That said, this is the third time I’ve been here getting a pedicure while someone was either on their phone talking on speaker phone or talking on FaceTime the entire time. I can’t imagine working there and not saying to someone literally having a convo for all to hear. It’s so rude and inconsiderate.
