Got a full set done. Not sure what went wrong but some of the nails have little tiny holes and I also had asked for Matte. I mentioned it to the male technician that did my nails but since I had trouble understanding what he was saying I just left it like that. I wasn”t happy with it so I file the color off when I got home.
Walked in first thing this morning after dropping my return off at Staples and they were very polite. Had an awesome, fashion trendy (I didn’t catch his name) guy do my toes. I feel like he could totally talk through your whole pedicure if you wanted or simply let you be which was my mood today 😂 I got a gel pedicure which was perfect. Priced reasonably. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thanks for a great service!

Went in for a pedicure ..the service was extremely unprofessional, rushed, and honestly felt unsanitary. Somehow I ended up completely soaking wet during the process. My toenails were NEVER manicured. There was no proper nail care, no cleaning, no shaping nothing. An older tall man worked on me, he kept slapping lotion all over my legs I kept waiting for the actual service to begin.
