James responded promptly to our initial enquiry, listened to our ideas and suggested appropriate solutions. The team arrived on time, coordinated deliveries efficiently and completed the work to a very high standard. James and his team were a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend them.
I can firmly recommend Brilliant Gardens. James and the crew worked assiduously to enhance my postage stamp sized lawn and did so with efficiency, good humour and wonderful customer service. I shall use their services again without hesitation.
After sending enquiries to 7 different landscaping companies on the Gold Coast to get my front garden re-done, James was the only one to reply and come out and quote. He was responsive, and gave great advice about plant varieties and options. He arrived on time and completed the work in a very timely manner. I am finally happy with my front garden, and will get James and his team back to do my lawns and back garden when we can. I highly recommend Brilliant Gardens for any landscaping needs :)
