Thanks to this service for quickly returning our call when our garage door opener was no longer working. The technician quickly identified the issue and was clear on what had to be done. What I liked was that he was clear from beginning to end with what was wrong with the door. He quickly returned our calls, and our door was fixed. It's awesome! He and his partner were reliable and effectively communicated all issues with us. Thank you!!!!

Except for a small glitch in the window when they were supposed to show up for installation, the entire experience was very good. Quick delivery since they had what I wanted in stock, no extra pressure for up-sell at any time.

Brilliant Garage Doors did a great job in Kent WA for my garage door service. I called them because my garage door was binding as it went down. The service provider listened to me and we did some trial and error investigating over the phone. After that he scheduled to come by the next day. He called in advance of his arrival and he was right on time. He found a quick solution and fixed the binding track instantly. I was very happy with the repair and the reasonable repair fee.
