Abby Jonas was fantastic! She was very informative, kind and helpful. She took all the pressure out of the situation, educated us on things and got us excited about the process. She helped us design an amazing ring set and we highly recommend both her and Brilliant Earth to all!
Bought my wife’s engagement ring a few years ago from brilliant earth. I got the extended warranty for the ring and dropped it off months ago to have a loose stone and bent prong fixed. Brilliant Earth has my ring at the repair shop and the warranty people need pictures of the ring. They will not fix my ring or send the pictures to extend? I’ve requested my ring to be sent back to the south Boston location twice and I’m still waiting. This is long overdue but the team at Brilliant Earth was amazing. Lizeth Rodriguez was extremely helpful and guided me through multiple settings and styles until I found the one that made me say “This is the one”. Alexis, Ajah and Karla were awesome during pick up and made sure everything was perfect. Seamless experience and I left as excited and at ease. It was a special moment and they helped to make it possible!
My fiance and I walked in to shop for wedding bands and we were immediately greeted by Candace. Candace provided wonderful help and made us feel comfortable while guiding us through sizing and styles. We found the exact rings we wanted thanks to her fantastic service!
My first experience at Brilliant Earth was remarkable in large part because of the sales associate, Karla. Her demeanor was approachable and not too forward, as I made a big purchase for myself to celebrate a life milestone. We tried on several styles and sizes together, and with her help I walked away with a piece I will cherish forever!
