My first experience at Brilliant Earth was remarkable in large part because of the sales associate, Karla. Her demeanor was approachable and not too forward, as I made a big purchase for myself to celebrate a life milestone. We tried on several styles and sizes together, and with her help I walked away with a piece I will cherish forever!

I wish I could give Brilliant earth 0 stars. Be careful with brilliant earth!! I’ve had a diamond fall out 4 times now. I’ve only been married for 2 years. I’ve had the ring both remade and repaired. The most recent repair only lasted a few weeks before the diamond fell out again. They offered us an opportunity to change the setting to avoid this happening again and then tried to charge us $600 even though we have the lifetime warranty and their jewelry isn’t living up to standard. Polly walked me through the whole process seamlessly. The ring was even lost for a little bit in the mail during a snow storm and she went above and beyond to help resolve it. I LOVE my ring. If you’re looking for something unique and personal this is the place to go. I’m fortunate enough to live in the Boston area so I was able to go sit at her amazing shop and really get it customized.
