I booked an appointment to explore ring preferences with my boyfriend. Jasmine was so friendly and helpful! I walked away with so much knowledge and found myself capable of describing the shapes, settings and 4 Cs of rings to my friends and family. Jasmine was friendly and patient and it was overall so much fun trying on all the rings!! There was no pressure to buy and I didn’t feel like I was with a salesman. It was great!

Karla went above and beyond helping me with ideas and showing me various pieces to help me find the perfect wedding ring set. I highly recommend going to a real jeweler. After being assured I had a year for resizing we got to the store for them to tell us that it was TOO big and therefore they couldn't resize it due to policy. They had all these excuses about why it was impossible to do so and how it would ruin the ring and said I would have to buy a new band. Fast forward, I found a real jeweler who all but laughed at what Brilliant Earth told us.
