Tried to use this company again, ordered ring was supposed to arrive on time was delayed , called to check was told not to worry would be expedited. Got email 2 hours later it was delay 5 extra days and if I cancel I won't get money back for over a week. Now I've got no ring and no money to buy a different ring and a week less to figure it all out. Thanks Brilliant Earth. If you like waiting and cheap jewelry this is your spot. We got our engagement ring through Brillant Earth and we love it. My fiance can't stop looking at how shiny it is and how the light catches the diamond. We went ring shopping together three different times to confirm we knew what we wanted and Sydney helped us everytime.
