Great product and then also great customer service.
They promised over the phone that they had certain pieces in stock. Completely lied to us. We drove all the way up from Sarasota and they didn’t have anything! They wanted us to make an appointment with at least one week notice for them to show us anything. Plus, they showed us an example of what we were looking for in a different shaped center stone. The craftsmanship on it was terrible. Look like somebody did it in their garage. This reminded me of a used car buying experience. Absolutely not.
The product, which we ordered is great. However, for the second time in a row, we were told about an additional free product to be included in our order. For the second time, this has not been sent despite several reminders.
My wife and I visited the Tampa Brilliant Earth show room this evening and had an unbelievably amazing experience! Hannah made such a special moment even more memorable! I scheduled this appointment to surprise my wife with a wedding band for our first wedding anniversary, and Hannah was wonderful from start to finish. I got the pleasure to work with Hope. She is so cheerful, bubbly and fun to work with, yet very professional. She was very helpful and patient. Hope gave many helpful insights and ideas. I'd highly recommend asking for Hope. The establishment was very clean, and easy to find.
