I had an appointment with Kristina in the Flatiron showroom and she was amazing! She was warm, prepared, and helped me narrow down the stone I was looking for. Although my request was super specific and wasn’t made with enough time to get exactly what I was looking for, Kristina was able to get some yellow stones in for me to take a look at regardless. Her attention to detail is unmatched!

I purchased my first lab diamond ring yesterday after having an appointment with Kristina. We really enjoyed the appointment as Kristina took time to showcase and explain all the ring and diamond options as well as diamond characteristics. At the end she helped us to design the ring based on my wishes for form and size as well as taking our price range into account. Would definitely recommend Brilliant Earth and Kristina to everyone and we will be back here for more jewelry for next anniversary.

I bought a diamond pendant from this Avianne, but some of the diamond chips fell off after. When I contacted customer service, they tried to overcharge me to replace the missing chips instead of simply fixing it under basic service. I recommend going to TraxNYC instead—none of my jewelry from them has had issues, and their customer service is far better.
