The process of ordering wedding bands for both my fiancé and me to try on in person has been unnecessarily frustrating. We had a great experience trying on wedding bands with Victoria! The store had a great selection, but Victoria went above and beyond to order us the exact bands we wanted to see in-person before we made any final decisions. We placed our order and can't wait to see the rings!
My fiancé purchased my wedding rings from Brilliant Earth, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. One ring arrived on time, but the second was delayed twice and didn’t even arrive until after our wedding. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of urgency or accountability from customer service. My boyfriend and I had a great experience at the Houston Brilliant Earth. The showroom and rings themselves were beautiful. We also loved working with our consultant Victoria! She patiently guided us through multiple setting/stone options and educated us along the way.
Every one was super kind and helpful. Victoria Gomez helped us find our perfect ring and was very patient with us and super helpful
