I first off want to say the sales lady, Mikayla was great. After I submitted the order everything went down hill from there. I was told 2-3 weeks for expected delivery time, but got delayed about two more weeks, no big deal. Then Brilliant Earth reached out again saying there will be more delays because they damaged the gemstone and it is now irreparable. They tried working with me by offering me less than / subpar alternative gemstones that were either smaller in size or less quality. How does it seem fair to make multiple ... read more
We had such a wonderful experience here thanks to Maggie Pace! She brought so much kindness, patience, and expertise to our visit, making it truly memorable. The showroom is absolutely beautiful and the stellar customer service makes this place definitely worth visiting!
