We came into this shop on Sunday, October 21st around noon and it was honestly one of the worst jewelry shopping experiences we’ve had. There was only one employee working, and he was busy with another couple. That’s fine, but what’s not fine is that we were completely ignored—no “hello,” no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing at all. It’s a small store, so it’s not like he didn’t see us. I honestly don’t do reviews whatsoever but the service here has been above and beyond. My fiance and I got a very particular ring that was made to my size…however, due to rings being made personalized to seller, the ring did not come out EXACTLY how I wanted it.
