So disappointed, second time coming to look at specific rings only to be told they don't have them in stock. Which fine things happen, but what is not acceptable is the fact we checked in for our appointment and waited 30 minutes only to then be told the rings we specifically came in for weren't available today, but would be here Monday. Which was frustrating, but no worries, we asked to come in next weekend and were told they cant hold the rings past Monday. I walked into Brilliant Earth pretty confident about the engagement ring I wanted to purchase having spent considerable time on the website. I was met by Gracie Dietrich and immediately felt at ease. Gracie is poised, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We discussed my desired setting and the size of diamond that I wanted. Andy Stewart was just the consultant i needed! he was kind, attentive, and very good at explaining everything. As someone who doesn't wear jewelry often he explained the 4 c's so clearly so i could make my choice with as much information as possible. He didn't rush and even encouraged me to try any ring i wanted! 10/10 would recommend - had the best consultation with andy!
