I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring with Brilliant Earth, and we had a great experience! We found excellent selection and had great customer service from Gracie to help us understand about the stones. My fiancé cried she was so happy, it was exactly what she wanted! So thankful for their help to make this day special and get a piece that we will treasure forever.
Kevin was a fantastic representative. I visited on a Sunday night and he showed my girlfriend and I a ton of options. She ended up completely changing her opinion on what she wanted in a ring. Kevin sent follow up correspondence, keeping it easy to do follow up research and decision making on what we explored in the store. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. He was very patient and made me feel great about the whole process.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Brilliant Earth in Houston, and particularly with our consultant, Gracie. We were very impressed by the selection of bands and stones, the customer service from everyone at the showroom, and BE’s ability to make and ship my ring fairly quickly.
