Matthew Zapata, my Jewelry Consultant at the Brilliant Earth location in Roosevelt Field Mall is a real gem! He listened to what I had in mind and generated a graphic that gave me an illustration of the ring I was ordering in advance. He even worked with the budget I had which allowed me to get a beautiful ring without hurting my bank account... too much. My fiancé and I have been working with Mathew the last month building my engagement ring. He truly went above and beyond during our first appointment. Mathew was not only personable and eager to help us design my dream ring, but also extremely knowledgeable about the different stone/setting options and what the pros and cons are for each. We’re very thankful to have had such an incredible experience during this happy time in our life, and the overall ease of the entire process was a relief and appreciated!

Went to the store with questions and was told I would be emailed back from corporate in a day. It’s been a week and I’ve sent additional emails and nothing back. Terrible customer service. Going to go to a different jewelers and never coming back.
