Recently purchased an engagement ring at the Roosevelt Field Mall location and could not be more satisfied. My girlfriend and I scheduled a consultation to look at rings and try on different styles. Matthew Zapata was extremely helpful in explaining all the different aspects of the rings and helping us find the perfect ring. Going back to buy the ring alone was a breeze with Matthew’s help. Highly recommend going to this location and checking out their ring selection!
What an outstanding experience. J aka Jaquetta and her staff were awesome. You can tell they are experienced and when buying a big ticket item like a beautiful natural fancy yellow brownish diamond, you also want that nice experience and good consulting. Thanks to J who identified the exact color shade size and clarity in a stone for my future wife.. now she is going to be very happy.
Incredibly off putting questionnaire when shopping… not to mention really awkward service. Regardless of my awkward experience I referred my sister in law to take a peek the following weekend and she and her boyfriend were treated in the same fashion by the same male associate! Wish I had caught his name. They need better training for sure. Hard pass. Get it together team… you are losing business for sure.
Navigating the ring search process was difficult; however working Matthew Zapata made the process easier. I knew I wanted a marquise ring for my lady, Matthew took the time to explain: cut, color, clarity and carat.
