What an outstanding experience. J aka Jaquetta and her staff were awesome. You can tell they are experienced and when buying a big ticket item like a beautiful natural fancy yellow brownish diamond, you also want that nice experience and good consulting. Thanks to J who identified the exact color shade size and clarity in a stone for my future wife.. now she is going to be very happy.
Incredibly off putting questionnaire when shopping… not to mention really awkward service. Regardless of my awkward experience I referred my sister in law to take a peek the following weekend and she and her boyfriend were treated in the same fashion by the same male associate! Wish I had caught his name. They need better training for sure. Hard pass. Get it together team… you are losing business for sure.
Navigating the ring search process was difficult; however working Matthew Zapata made the process easier. I knew I wanted a marquise ring for my lady, Matthew took the time to explain: cut, color, clarity and carat. Matthew Zapata, my Jewelry Consultant at the Brilliant Earth location in Roosevelt Field Mall is a real gem! He listened to what I had in mind and generated a graphic that gave me an illustration of the ring I was ordering in advance.
