Was going in ready to spend 700+ dollars on nice jewelry... asked if they could measure my wrist for a bracelet and they said they couldn't and didn't offer me to try on other bracelets of similar length... I will be taking my business somewhere else
The showroom was very nice. I had an appointment with Luis and he was very patient with me. I kept changing my mind on options but his attitude never changed. Very Happy with the service I received and the quality of the rings.
Terrible customer service and shady pricing practices. My fiancé ordered my wedding band from here and it’s been nothing but issues. They informed him of the price, he added a warranty and they said a popular option was pay half now and half upon arrival. 3 weeks later they said he didn’t pay half yet so the ring hadn’t been made. When he called he found out it was because of a $150 charge that was added after they took his first 50% payment and sent his receipt. My ring has been delayed 3 times now. We received the band back in September and the engagement ring has now been delayed 3 times. Very disappointing.
