We stopped in the showroom today to see a few settings of engagement rings. The saleswoman working was extremely rude and it seemed extremely inconvenient for us to look at a ring in the case. It was very unimpressive for potential customers and I was extremely disappointed.
The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me find the perfect ring for my fiancé! I’m so glad I chose to come to Brilliant Earth! 10/10 experience! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an exceptional service!
Will not have your ring ready in the time frame stated. Will ruin your engagement plans. When it’s this expensive FedEx isn’t to blame. Be better Brilliant Earth
