I enjoyed my experience at Brilliant Earth. Working with Chase at the KoP location was a pleasure. He was very informative and patient.
We went to look at engagement rings yesterday and Candace helped us find the ring we loved! The entire time from when we entered the store to when we left was a wonderful, easy, and exciting experience. Candace was very knowledgeable and she found us exactly what we wanted. I’ve been gifted necklaces from here as well which I absolutely love. Their natural diamonds are conflict free and know exactly where they are sourced, so that is an added peace of mind. 10/10 recommend!
We came twice because i am so indecisive about size, shape, color, stone, pretty much everything. We left with one ring in our minds thanks to the help of Summeira. We came back a week later, and she helped me finally make all my decisions. Even between the two visits she was always available for communication and made the process very easy. Almost 3 years after purchasing the Rivera eternity band, I would not purchase from here again. The ring quality just isn't great. I have sent it in for repair after losing stones 3 different times. When I got the ring back after the last repair, it was twisted and had to be sent back again. I reached out several times to see if I can trade my ring for one with the same price but sturdier hardware. They are offering a metal credit only, leaving me to pay a large balance to get a ring that might have a chance of staying toget... read more
Dion and Georges were amazing at helping me find my wedding band, not only one but two! I received complementary earrings with my purchase and a ton of Chocolate and Champagne❤️❤️❤️ will definitely come back and recommend 100%!
