Almost 3 years after purchasing the Rivera eternity band, I would not purchase from here again. The ring quality just isn't great. I have sent it in for repair after losing stones 3 different times. When I got the ring back after the last repair, it was twisted and had to be sent back again. I reached out several times to see if I can trade my ring for one with the same price but sturdier hardware. They are offering a metal credit only, leaving me to pay a large balance to get a ring that might have a chance of staying toget... read more

Incredible experience from a very reputable company! Dion was tremendous; he made my fiance and I feel very comfortable, at ease, and welcome in the store. He was very funny, warm, and respectful, and wasn't pushy at all. He gave us personal and professional service and the other staff was also very kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to buy an engagement ring!
UPDATE: I received a replacement set that are very nice. BE management called and apologized for the gaslighting. They agreed that the gems were very different in size. They said they would coach the staff involved. Thank you for taking care of this. I sent these earrings back to be replaced due to the VAST difference in size. They called me back and gaslit me claiming multiple "jewelers" measured them to be identical in size.
