Great experience with Brilliant Earth in STL. Belle was extremely helpful and was always ready to help and answer questions. When I came into Brilliant Earth, I was not sure where to purchase the ring. After Belle's customer service and the selection she brought to our appointment, the choice was obvious and purchase was made. Can't wait to see the piece arrive!
My partner and I stopped by to look at a few engagement ring options and the ladies in the front were so helpful. I believe their names were Dena and Daniella and they were super sweet. I will definitely be making an appointment to come back soon!
I'd give 0 if i could. Ring falls apart when my wife sneezes. Very substandard quality.
Danielle, at the St. Louis location, was wonderful! She was very friendly and helpful. She gave her full attention, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and ultimately made it a really great experience. Would definitely recommend!
I would give zero stars if possible. My engagement ring broke twice in less than a year, both times in the same spot. The first time, it was returned to me broken after a poorly done resizing. I've lost all confidence in their ability to fix it and requested a refund, which they denied. Now, I have to buy a new ring and get a refund through my credit card company due to their awful customer service. The staff was demeaning and unhelpful.
