I went in with my girlfriend to see a consultant about an engagement ring. Our experience with our consultant, Shawntay, was excellent. We never felt pressured and she spent plenty of time with us to go over a variety of styles and diamonds to make a perfect ring with us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We’ve been loyal customers of Brilliant Earth, but after this experience, we won’t be back. We sent in three rings for repair due to discoloration—two after only two years and one after five. For jewelry at this price point, the quality is disappointing. All three needed over $700 in repairs. The service was equally frustrating.
