Damon at the CWE/STL Brilliant Earth location was super helpful. Very responsive setting up the appointment and selecting rings to try on based on my preferences. Knowledgable on ring types/materials, and offered suggestions, but not forcefully. Ultimatly wanted us to be happy in our selection. Great experience overall.
10/10 experince from the STL location, we had Damon Brooks and highly recommend him. He was very respectful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and always answered any questions we had.

I have heard so many amazing things about this company so o was excited to know my fiancé got my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth.Unfortunately my experience was not what I expected. My ring was absolutely beautiful however about 7 months into my having it the center stone chipped. We had to send the band in to be assessed and they wanted us to initially pay $600 for repair/replacement even though the specialist said it was a manufactured defect in the stone. My lady and I got the privilege of having Shawntay as our Jeweler. We couldn't have chose a better person!!!! She was the most helpful and made my girlfriend feel heard. She was incredibly joyful, patient, and most of all considerate to our wants. This location is in a great spot, we got food after. LOTS of options. All and all my girlfriend and I can't stop talking about our experience. Thank you, Shawntay and Brilliant Earth for giving us two an incredible time.
