Damon was extremely helpful and made it a very easy process
Damon was AMAZING! He was very thoughtful, intentional, and allowed this experience to be above and beyond everything I was hoping for! If you are looking for a place to engagement ring shop, make it be Brilliant Earth!
Loved every minute of my appointment never felt rushed. Everything was explained so well by Damon. Highly recommend him!
Let the numbers do the talking $10,000 spent 3 years owning my ring 2 repairs 1 stone fallen out 2 times misshapen ring 2 honest reviews left 3+ hours spent talking on the phone Over 25 Emails Dozens of online chats Over 8 phone calls 3 different managers talked to One very heart broken girl who thought she had her forever ring and already has to have it reset And ZERO accountability taken by BE .
Amazing experience with Brilliant Earth. Had an appointment with Damon who was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything upfront and in detail. We even came back after the appointment and he was more than happy to answer our extra questions!!!
