From the moment we walked into the store, Jaiden warmly welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our visit. Wish I could write about a positive experience however this female who had ginger hair named Colleen I believe was being super disrespectful and rude as soon as I walked in. I believe it was because my mom was wearing a headscarf and we were muslim. I was highly offended and will definitely be leaving a note with Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Central Ohio.

I had the pleasure of working with Barbara at the Easton location and she was phenomenal! Very detail oriented and did a lot of digging on the website to find the perfect stone for the best price. Did not feel rushed or pressured at all. Ended up ordering from Brilliant Earth that same evening. Very impressed with customer service and the store was immaculate. Warm welcome from the lady working at the front desk 🥰
