Our consultant Anissa Dahlkemper was incredible!!! I give her individually 8 stars! She is super friendly and personal, wonderful to work with and was super prompt, honest, straightforward, and helpful in the engagement ring process! Pricing is relatively high, but Brilliant Earth has great people, great products, and sets high sustainability standards to make up for the price.
Prices are definitely high, but our consultant Anissa Dahlkemper was incredible!!! I give her individually 8 stars! She is super friendly and personal, wonderful to work with and was super prompt, honest, and helpful in the engagement ring processs! Know that Brilliant Earth doesn't do any negotiating, but it is very similar to working with Apple. Great people, great products, but you know in the back of your mind you're getting a little bit dooped by that $1000 iPhone or $1500 engagement ring setting.

This is a fake review my employer asked me to leave was preparing to get engaged and knew nothing about jewelry. I was hesitant, but I scheduled an appointment on their website to go into their showroom at the Easton location. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted with a smile.
