Had the absolute BEST experience with Isabelle C, yesterday. It was my first time trying on engagement rings or doing anything like this and she made myself and friend feel comfortable from start to finish. My friend was unable to book a same day appointment due to BE being fully booked, and she ended up going to a neighboring retailer after the appointment I had at Brilliant Earth.. We had a wonderful experience with Brilliant Earth. The store has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We also had a wonderful consultant, Colleen Taylor who helped me find my dream ring while also offering her own expertise advice on rings!
Came to look for wedding bands and Isabelle was awesome! So sweet and helpful and the rings are gorgeous!
Anissa made birthday shopping a breeze. She was so knowledgeable and really understood my vision. I will be returning!
Hannah was amazing at the Easton location! She was a great help and answered every question I had! She really cared about helping me pick out the perfect ring and diamond for me!
