Staff ordered the wrong engagement ring, told my fiance and I we could pay $600 to have it corrected. Was told we would wait ~2 weeks for correction, and after 4 weeks, received our first update and delivery date. When going to pick up the ring, staff told us they don’t have it, it’s somewhere in the middle east, and they hope it arrives in another week. For our troubles, offered us a discount only if we spend more money with them for wedding bands. Horrible customer service throughout entire experience. Do not recommend.
I want to start out by giving our representative Barbara Sutherin a huge shout out. If you visit this store the experience will follow with Barbara I promise. My girlfriend of 5 years were just here yesterday and absolutely had an incredible and easy experience. We plan to get married and had been doing some searching around and discovered this location. We had such a great experience ring shopping today! Barbara was so knowledgeable, personable, and funny. She made the whole process feel easy and fun. She helped guide us to a design we absolutely love and made such an important moment feel really memorable. Highly recommend working with her!
