Very disappointed with the quality, the display jewelry and the jewelry i recieved was completely different. They are trying to rip off, they got good marketing and brand so it won’t take too long before it fades away. Stay away from Brilliant Earth.
Unfortunately, the staff here was not welcoming and seemed put off by the fact I wanted to look at wedding bands. I feel like I was inconveniencing them, when I just wanted to look.
Barbara made the entire experience so much fun and truly personal. By the end of the appointment, it felt like we were old friends! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different ring styles and options, and she did a fantastic job helping us stay within our budget. The only reason I’m giving a 4/5 is because I wish the showroom had more rings in the gold colors we were looking for, as many were only available in silver.
