I want to give the highest praise to Sam at Brilliant Earth in Seattle. About a year ago, my husband and I came in after having a really disappointing experience with my original wedding band and engagement ring (also purchased at BE). Within the first year, stones came loose twice, and we later learned that the two‑prong setting we were sold was not appropriate for everyday wear, something no one had explained to us at the time. We had been to a few other jewelers to look for wedding bands, but none had customer service as good as Sam. He was very helpful and informative as he really knew his stuff about every ring. He was very honest and clear throughout the whole process and helped us find the perfect one. 10/10 experience. Couldn’t recommend anyone more!

I went to Brilliant Earth multiple times and Sam was nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. It can be a stressful process and Sam just made it one of the easier ones. He was professional, friendly and thoughtful about everything I would need in a ring and helped me find the perfect one.
