Chelsea was really good at helping us pick out our wedding bands. Up front and good communication. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding rings. There is not any pressure added to an already large decision to make.
My shopping experience started off positive but I’ve been left with a bad taste in my mouth after I was promised a promotion that Brilliant Earth does not intend to honor. I made an appointment to view two specific pairs of earrings. The pair I was most interested in wasn’t available to view, but the sales associate found a similar pair (same gem, same size, different metal) so I could still try them on. Kennison was absolutely the best rep and easiest appointment. She was timely and had great vision helping us. Even went the extra mile since I have a specific metal allergy. We will be back!
Chelsea was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, prepared, and incredibly easy to talk to. We loved working with her and can’t recommend her enough. She helped us find our wedding bands and made the entire process feel so easy and completely stress-free. Truly such a great experience!
Carli from Brilliant Earth at the Seattle location was so extremely helpful, nice, patient, and personable. You can tell she purely enjoys getting the right ring to the right person and not just trying to sell a product. Amazing experience trying on different amazing rings and looking at diamond options and would highly recommend Brilliant Earth and Carli to everyone!
