Went to Brilliant Earth for an engagement ring appointment and met with Penny. Walking in my girlfriend didn’t exactly know what she wanted, but walking out she had her mind all made up thanks to Penny! He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and gave us great service! I would highly recommend him for an engagement ring appointment!
Sam was incredibly helpful and made sure all my questions and requests were answered. The consultation experience was 10/10, I was able to determine what was my favorite style and carat for my hand by trying on different rings. We will definitely come back and buy from Sam when we are ready!
