I absolutely loved my appointment at Brilliant Earth! I recently went in for engagement ring shopping and was blown away by the customer service and beautiful jewelry Brilliant Earth has to offer. Today our 4th wedding anniversary. This morning, a spider bit my finger while I was sleeping. My finger was so swollen, literally overnight! Distraught over my swollen finger, Debbie comes to my rescue. While she was in a rush, she was able to give me piece of mind, a hug and calm my worries. Debbie is amazing, she was able to remove my rings without harm and made me feel less ridiculous for my water works. My partner and I had an appointment with Penny, and he made ring shopping so easy and stress-free. We could tell he knew his stuff, even guessing our ring sizes just from looking at our fingers! He gave us great recommendations, based on what styles we were drawn to, and helped us decide on simple, matching rings. Never felt pressured, and he was a wealth of knowledge. My girlfriend and I worked with Chelsea to help us look for and build the perfect engagment ring, and I couldn't recommend her enough! She was so helpful and really helped us narrow down on what style my girlfriend liked best because we walked in really not knowing what we were looking for. She was so helpful and kind and knew so much about all the little details. I can't recommend Chelsea enough and would give her 6 stars if I could!
