We had a wonderful experience at Brilliant Earth University Village. We were helped by Sam Altman (yes, that really is his name!), and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable. We had booked three 50-minute appointment slots because we wanted to finalize our rings, but Sam and the team were incredibly accommodating and cleared the entire afternoon for us. We've been married 27 years and wanted to update my wife's wedding ring and made an appointment at Brilliant Earth. Chelsea Aglubat met with us and spent a lot of time exploring the various options and we came up with something that blew my wife's mind and was better than she could've ever expected. Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us consider all the things we hadn't considered yet. She was wonderful. Can't wait to see the ring!
Sam was an absolute delight to work with today. Walking me and my partner through the whole process, providing a ton of insight and details as well as making sure we were happy and satisfied with our decisions. We will be going back in the future when we need more beautiful jewelry!
Absolutely awful craftsmanship with their jewelry. Sure, it’s pretty but you’ll be returning your ring at least once a year to be fixed. Plus, you can’t just go to the store for repairs, you have to mail it to another state. The store just has super young salespeople and no actual jewelers. Wanna talk to a person? Good luck, it’s a series of call center people that just read from a script. It’s impossible to get them to do what they say they’ll do- call back, email, make correct repairs.
