**Update** (3/30) - I received my ring back in 2 weeks! (3/14) CAUTION - I read on Reddit that the setting for their gems might be loose. I lost one of the side diamonds after 3 hours of being proposed to.. I sent it back to Brilliant Earth and they’re repairing it for free even though it’s outside of the warranty. I received a confirmation email saying it should be here within 3 weeks. Sucks to be engaged and then not have a ring for a few weeks.. I had a wonderful experience at Brilliant Earth! Bradley was lovely and is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about both the company and his craft. I can’t say enough about Bradley! You have a “gem” there! He’s simply a beautiful human that’s passionate about what he does, and is an expert in educating someone who knew so little. My experience could not have been better! I know she’ll love her ring!!
I was here last Thursday, 3/13, we just walked in to look at all the pretty items. Alyssa was super helpful, she let us try on different items, had great knowledge on everything, and was just a pleasure to chat and interact with. I will definitely be back, to actually purchase something, soon!
