Our experience at Brilliant Earth was amazing! Mercedes was extremely helpful in giving us direction and selecting a variety of wedding band styles for us to try on so that we could get a better feeling for what we would like. The variety of ring styles and support was above and beyond!
My fiancé and I visited Brilliant Earth on Newbury St in Boston to shop for wedding bands. Bridget Maloney assisted us and was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I love all the beautifully unique designs that Brilliant Earth offers, and I can’t wait to pick up my ring!!
My partner and I went to see Cat in Chestnut Hill and she was PHENOMENAL. I didn’t even realize 99% of the metal at Brilliant Earth is recycled. We went for engagement rings and ended up being also sold on their wedding jewelery. There was 0 pressure, and a ton of information!
The engagement ring I bought for my Fiancee BROKE after less than a year of normal wear, and Brilliant Earth was just terrible with how they handled it - claiming it was not a manufacturer defect and expecting us to pay hundreds to not only have the ring repaired but pay for new stones as well. The customer service was also very odd - when the ring was sent in for repairs (which we ended up canceling - not only should BE have covered it under warranty, my fiancee wanted the ring repaired elsewhere because she doesn't trust B... read more
