The lovely Noor did an amazing job helping us find our special gem quickly. A minor miscommunication about the cancellation policy was resolved promptly as well. We truly appreciated the warm, professional and attentive care!
We had a great time working with Noor! She was super professional and immediately understood our requirements for men's wedding band. The store did not have the specific band setting we were interested in - but Noor ordered it for us to take a look at the design in-person. We had been customers of Brilliant Earth since 2012, purchased various items on line and on Newbury st location in Boston. We cannot be happier with customer service at Newbury location and Brilliant earth products.
Definitely recommend scheduling an appointment rather than trying to walk in. It's a smaller location. Ethan was awesome! He really went above and beyond for us, we had such different tastes. When I shared I wasn't really seeing anything in the case that spoke to me, he found other options in the back for me to look at, and I was really grateful. We felt seen and respected as queer folks, and highly recommend this location and working with Ethan!
