I made an appointment with Abby to create the most unique and beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant to sit down with and build something so special. Abby was able to answer all my questions and take the time to educate me on the diamond, setting, etc. I cannot thank her enough for her help and support! If you're thinking of buying from brilliant earth, DO IT!
Edit 2: I see Brilliant Earth responded to my first edit and said they were "glad [they] were able to help". That's hilarious given that my ring has been repeatedly delayed and we STILL don't have them back. They haven't taken any ownership of their mistakes, providing only platitudes and nothing resembling an explanation about why this process has taken so freaking long. Abby was so helpful in picking out our wedding bands and Holly ensured that pickup was smooth. Holly was fully attentive and accommodating despite us being 15 min late for our appointment. Would recommend !

She immediately understood my style — the very first ring she showed me was the one I fell in love with — and she paired it with the perfect band. She explained the four C’s clearly, even making it fun with a little diamond “quiz,” and made the process feel personal, stress-free, and exciting. Abby turned what could have been overwhelming into one of the most memorable experiences, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone visiting Brilliant Earth.
