Had an excellent experience with valuations on my 2 rings. Masis was extremely personable and professional and he accommodated me with an 'on the day valuation' which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
About a year ago I was introduced to Masis from a friend of mine as I was looking for a custom platinum engagement ring. Masis was so easy to work with and well versed in the ring game was willing to accommodate to what I was looking for. My now wife was so impressed she recommended we go back to him to get our wedding rings done by him as well. Highly recommended, I found him professional and very responsive no matter what time or day I reached out to him.
I first met Masis when he helped with the repair and remodelling of multiple rings that had been in my family for a very long time. As these were family heirlooms, having someone as skilled, knowledgeable, and as genuinely friendly as Masis made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. After a slip and fall that bent my ring out of shape, Erebouni were able to repair it like new. The ring has great sentimental value, having been passed down the family, and so I was relieved and delighted that it could be restored to its former beauty.
