Dr. Lo is hands down the best dentist I’ve had in NY. She is incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and still keeps the whole visit smooth and efficient. It’s rare to find a dentist who delivers both top-tier care and such a reassuring experience. Definitely worth the cost, and I’d absolutely choose her as my primary dentist And as a fellow Lo, I have to say - she’s making the Lo family name proud
我在这家牙科已经就诊两年，第一次做隐形牙套就是在他们不断推销下才答应的。戴了一个星期牙套丢了，后来回来本来只想洗牙并暂停治疗，他们又强行推销让我继续并收了我几百块钱。 由于我平时工作非常繁忙一直没时间继续，今天来只是想洗牙并明确表示不继续之前项目，结果前台一位女性接待态度极其恶劣，说话方式像是吃了火药一样，当场对客人大声争执，说“不可以”。 请问客户连选择不做项目的权利都没有吗？钱都已经收了，现在还要被逼着继续做？ 而且我发现评论区中已有多位顾客提到这位前台女士的服务态度问题，这种服务体验真的让人非常失望。
