friendly Everyone was very friendly including the initial phone call about information and setting up an appointment. The technician was informative about the procedure, effiecent, and did an excellent job. Overall, very pleased. Specifically, two wing back chairs that were old and in need of cleaning turned out almost like new. My cat has taken cat naps in them. The carpet looks much newer. LIKE NEW The coffee stains that have been there for 5 years have vanished, and the carpet looks BRAND NEW! I am delighted! Brilliant Carpet also totally restored area rugs and a sofa that I was ready to toss out, and they`re now LIKE NEW as well ... worth every penny!
Brilliant Carpet Brilliant Carpet did an excellent job on our carpets. I haven`t used a professional carpet cleaning service ever since we moved to our house in Modesto CA because I thought cleaning the carpet by myself was good enough for us, but there was a big difference between how I cleaned the carpets and they did. Now the carpet looks brand new, and I`m thinking of using their upholstery cleaning service to clean an old sofa I have.
WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE! have to say they are THE BEST!! I have had my carpets cleaned by Brilliant Carpet and they are a lot better, and a lot less expensive as well! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done!! They are even pet friendly, and get the pet accidents out too. WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE!!! I was very impressed with their level of service, and prices! Thank You Brilliant Carpet so much for an excellent job! In fact schedule me for an every month carpet cleaning!!!

Good. Good. The young man who did the work did it well, arrived on time, no problems. The carpet did not take a lot of time to dry. I used to clean our carpet myself, but it just didn`t work well. I`ll use your service again.
