Very good service Very good service by Brilliant Carpet. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of their carpet cleaning service. They came on time, worked diligently and in the end my carpets were left completely clean. There was not one trace of dirt on it. I would recommend them highly.

Brilliant Carpet Brilliant Carpet did an excellent job on our carpets. I haven`t used a professional carpet cleaning service ever since we moved to our house in Modesto CA because I thought cleaning the carpet by myself was good enough for us, but there was a big difference between how I cleaned the carpets and they did. Now the carpet looks brand new, and I`m thinking of using their upholstery cleaning service to clean an old sofa I have.

friendly Everyone was very friendly including the initial phone call about information and setting up an appointment. The technician was informative about the procedure, effiecent, and did an excellent job. Overall, very pleased. Specifically, two wing back chairs that were old and in need of cleaning turned out almost like new. My cat has taken cat naps in them. The carpet looks much newer. I like the dust mite anti-allergen and Lysol sanitizing deodorizer. I feel this will be quite beneficial to the members of our family with allergies and to my daughter who has had heart valve replacement plus many other health problems and is very susceptible to bacteria exposure

Brilliant Carpet did an excellent job on our carpets. Whatever you are paying, it isn`t enough. In one word Outstanding! Whatever you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. The woman on phe phone sold your service with effeciency and extreme courtesy. Trust that you mean what you say and back up your services. Enough said. Nathan was courteous and efficient. He pointed out options and trouble spots on my carpets then proceeded to make them look new again.
