Third time’s the charm and Lisette at Brilliant Bridal was a GEM! After two separate appointments with other boutiques I finally landed at Brilliant Bridal in Dallas and it was the total package and everything I was looking for. Best customer service! I was so touched by how kind and thoughtful every sales associate was at this store. They made me feel so cared for and really helped me find a dress that made me feel beautiful and excited for my wedding. They were also incredibly kind to my family who joined for the experience. Will absolutely recommend others check them out!

The entire staff team was so thoughtful from the beginning of my fitting to the end. For example, I had a member of my party who was in a wheelchair, and as soon as we pulled up to the curb, staff members were outside setting up an accessibility ramp. My stylist Lizett was also very helpful and friendly. I got to try on so many styles and ask so many questions (this was my first bridal fitting ever), and I never felt like I was being too extra or naive. 10/10 would recommend!
