Made an order online and it was cancelled without explanation.
I stopped into Brilliance New York at the Venetian Shops after being offered a quick facial demo. They applied several products and used a red “laser” or LED wand on my face. Within a day, my skin became red, rough, and itchy — I’ve never had skin issues before this. The staff were extremely high-pressure during the demo, quoting me thousands of dollars for the device and “exclusive” products, then dropping the price dramatically when I tried to leave. What a bunch of scammers! I have a branded old Brilliance New York hair blower that I love and wanted a new one. I googled, found their website and placed an order on the website. The hair blower that I paid $49.90 for is a Xpoliman not a BNY and can be bought on Amazon for $36. They sent it thru Amazon as a GIFT (not a refundable purchase) so if you want to send it back you only get an Amazon Credit for $36 not a refund!!! Buyer beware!!!!
I bought the infrared light from Agora cosmetics two days ago, at the Venetian hotel , They show me the results immediately. This device works amazing for wrinkles. Thanks Erika for make me look 10 years younger…. Ask for Erika she’s the best !!! She is very professional 👍🏻👍🏻
