Buying a car, by its very nature, can’t be a “5”. However, it was easy, didn’t take all day, and, so far, they have delivered as agreed. We’re hoping it continues. Having dealt with far too many car dealers in my life, I am hesitant but will give them a “4.” I would buy from them again.
Would give them five stars, but so far we have found the right vehicle. Other than that it was probably the best experience I’ve had at a dealership when buying a car. Luke, the used car manager went out of his way to be sure that we were taken care of. The salesman were all busy with other customers and Luke took it upon himself to get a few cars warmed up for us to test drive. This was a day after we had several inches of snow and it was cold out. This dealer stated that this vehicle was sold last Saturday when I went to see it. I see it is still listed. They wanted me to buy a more expensive vehicle instead. I no longer can trust this dealership and will not do business with them again
