Edit (Nov 2023): Having dealt with Brilliance Electrical a second time, I have little to add except that Sasha and Thomas are the type of tradesmen I'd happily recommend to anyone, based on my experience. They arrived dead on time, did the job efficiently, tested everything, and left the site spotlessly clean. I have (at time of writing, Nov 2022) had one instance of being a customer of Brilliance Electrical. Notable positive features during that experience include: 1. I was able to speak to a human being on first call; 2. The quoted time of service call was amazingly accurate; the technicians in fact arrived several minutes early. As someone who is totally tired to death of tradies showing up 'whenever' or not showing up at all and not bothering to even call or text, this was a remarkable plus; 3.
