I love brilliance beauty they treat u like ur a queen
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service. I have had my appointment for hair rescheduled six times for the appointment originally set on. This is not just an inconvenience, it is complete disregard for my time, to reschedule 5th time they offer me 15% discount as a courtesy and then called again 1 hr before my appointment to say bcoz its new hairstylist, u have to pay extra , so ultimately im ending up paying more than I regularly pay. My previous reviews went from a 5 star to a 0 star. I will never again visit this place. Their pricing is ridiculous. They are very nice when you walk in they even offer you coffee but guess what you will pay for it at the end whether you drink it or not. They didn’t loose one customer they lost 2 consistent customers. At the end they just care about how much money can they get from you. Shameful bad business.
Alan Michael did a great job on my hair. It’s really great to find a stylist who can do a great job on men’s hair.
I had full highlights done today by Kaitlyn Helms, a newer stylist, and I’m so impressed. She gave my hair exactly the TLC it needed, and the results are beautiful. Highly recommend!
