NEVER EVER USE THE SHORT DENTIST! LIKEABLE MAN BUT SHOULD STICK TO SELLING CARS, NOT DENTISTRY. Staff is super nice and friendly. A+ on staff. Went to get a sign off for a knee replacement. Supposedly needed 2 replacement fillings and 2 filling because my tooth was so worn. Deep cleaning was also needed to get my sign off. Got to make sure I didn't get a infection between now and surgery day. Upon filling my fallen out cavity he discovered i needed a root canal. I love Brilla Dental! They actually do their job! So many dentists do not do the job they are being paid to do. Their Dental Hygenest actually does a real cleaning!!!
Truthfully, I left another dental office due to conflicting issues. I decided to call Brilla Dental Group and spoke to Jessica. She has excellent phone etiquette, understood what I had been through and more importantly very compassionate towards patients. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Daniel who politely asked for my information then asked me to take a seat. This is an exceptional Dental Group. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The Dental Techs were kind and explained everything they were going to do. The Dentist! So warm and kind. Dr. Bassel did my crowns and they look like my real teeth. A truly great DENTIST. I’m SO GLAD I found him. He was gentle when applying the anesthetics It didn’t not hurt like I’ve experienced at other places. I love Dr. Bassel💜
