Their customer service is highly lacking.
I am not a customer of Briles Oil but my Mom and nephew are. My Mom & Dad were friends of the Briles and used this company. My Dad has been dead for 20 years. My Mom is still a customer. Back about a month ago, my Mom ran out of gas. She was allegedly on a route allowing Briles Oil to top of her tank on a routine schedule. Unbeknownst to me, this was not happening. Driver in the shiny new freighliner truck on old Marlboro road at about 12 this afternoon was doing 60 plus mph. Should drive a bit safer being a hazmat truck i would think.
No costume support at all was going there for like 3 years will never be back
