If you're going to use this company for a residential, probably due to lack of other options just remember to put a lock on your tank so that the drivers can't offload into your tank whenever is convenient for them. They will make unscheduled deliveries at their convenience not yours, not a great business practice. Just remember the lock.

Briles oil & gas motto is, “a family business that treats you like family.” This company does the complete opposite. When we moved into our house the previous owners had not been caught up on their payments with Briles. 2 men from the company came to my front door and instead of addressing the overdue balance, they said they were doing a quick meter reading. Terrible service when it comes to filling gas rude customer service I would buy my gas diesel or propane from a anyone besides these people
