I’ve cycled through a few therapists in the past so the fact that I’ve been with Brijith for a year now really says a lot. She’s helped me through some really tough times and has played a tremendous role in my healing. I always look forward to our sessions and leave feeling a weight lifted off my shoulders every time. She’s a great listener, remembers everything, and is honest. Doesn’t get better than that.

I can’t believe how lucky I got with finding Brijith! As a 30 year old Male I never thought Id find myself going to therapy. I am here to tell you it was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and if you are thinking about it also you should do it.

She makes me feel so seen and understood, and I never feel judged. She helps me work through things in a way that feels healing and real. She’s helped me so much and I’ve made so much progress since starting therapy with her. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her. I highly recommend!
