Villa Bahama Upon arrival of our 10 week rental, many lights did not work, master bath faucet dripping, Master bath toilet started leaking, master bath light not working, pantry door doesn’t shut, pool lights only half work. We stayed at the vacation villa and for the cost the place should be immaculate. The house is in need of a serious power wash. The sliding doors were full.of bugs ,gnats and spiders.There were ants coming out of kitchen outlets and one room had large roach. There was not sufficient cleaning supplies so we had to purchase. It seems you are all about the money and not the people who are paying alot of money for a vacation stay. Your cleaning team need to be more diligent in their cleaning and dusting. Would never EVER rent a home from this company again!!! although the home was beautiful the people who manage it are the most unprofessional and lack class at every level. This is supposed to be high end but dont be fooled because they lack so much class and customer service might as well rent from a Motel 8.
