Overpriced compared to similar places in the area. They increased our rent so it was $300 more compared to the previous tenant. Parking, hydro, and internet are not included. They say no pets are allowed but everyone has pets. Not so great when you request pet free. Units are laid out and sized decently. Expect water damage and silverfish. No elevator and stairs are weak. Terrible place to live. My family and I moved to this Rental building in 2018 from Toronto. Because Toronto was expensive. Plus 2 kids. What a bad experience with Brigil. Horrible people. They treat people with families like crap. The people below us keep calls the cops me because kids are running around playing, I mean, this is a living hell.
