I approached this hospital for my son’s problem and Brightwell helped me a ton with his ADHD and anxiety issues. The Doctors were quick to action, communicative and very knowledgeable. Adjusting doses and medications are usually a hassle but we didn’t have to go through that challenge over here. Perfect medications were always assigned and it’s been smooth sailing since then. They listen to you and act accordingly, unlike so many other doctors who just throw whatever pills at you and call it a day.

1st let me say this anyone who gives this place a good review have to definitely be friends or family members of someone employed there because there’s no way your family member told you they enjoyed their stay everyone in any management position at this facility are totally responsible for the piss poor ways this place is operating. If you are looking for a program to get your mental health in order, I would definitely recommend Brightwell Behavioral Health. Everyone succeeds in making you feel safe and comfortable from intake, therapists, tech staff, Chef and hospitality staff. This was definitely an experience that I will never forget and I've created bonds with people. The therapist and staff were very helpful being there and helping us work through our issues. This place is the stockyard of Lansing. There's no care, they don't cook decent meals, keep clients clean, care about clients It's merely a money sponge. Keep away, under all circumstances
