Brightways flat out lied to me about setting me up for in person counseling. Then Hannah called and left a message saying video conference. Called her twice and emailed to cancel. THEY KEPT MY APPT on thr books! This counseling group is underhanded, still trying to get paid. Called in. They yet again attempted to ignore me and keep my appt on the books. It is harassment at this point
