A year ago I wrote a good review for Brightway. Today I am having to write a very bad review. Zero stars for effort and value! Having received a quote of over $4800/yr for my 4 bedroom home in Naples, I got new quotes from local Naples brokers. and I have already received 3 quotes with highly reputable underwriters ranging from $1000 to $1850 less than the quote you provided for me, and all of which have the same or higher coverage. Imagine having an insurance agent and agency that is supposed to be the link and access to bureaucratic insurance companies and then call for help only to be told you have a 48 Minute wait for someone to talk with you!??? Well that IS Brightway Insurance. Find another agency......

Delighted with their service. Ella Miller has been helping me with my Naples home insurance. Without asking, she found a cheaper and better policy for me and suggested I have a look at it. Then when my policy needs changed she was able to help me with that. Never any issues or delays. Just great service.

I switched to Brightway Insurance about 2 years ago after working with a different agent for 14 years. Initially, I was thrilled at the savings in premiums I received for my resident home and my rental property. I've lived in South Florida for almost 20 years and never placed ANY claims for either property so I thought I was getting some reprieve from high premiums. DO NOT USE BRIGHTWAY. Terrible customer service. Terrible employees. No one has any information or knowledge about their business or their clients. THEY NEVER SENT IN MY WIND MITOGATION REPORT!!! And now 6 months later, they are trying to charge me $600!! Bill Goldman is rude and useless. DO. NOT. USE. BRIGHTWAY!! Save yourselves.
