Just recently moved in here at the Brightway Manor Apts. on Recoleta. The apt. was real clean and a bunch of new stuff! Everything looked great, except there were some repairs that needed to be done, as usual. The Maintenance Team took care of all the problems immediately and in a professional manner! I especially want to commend Robert, the Maintenance man, who did exceptional work and did it quickly! I'm a new resident here and it has not been a week and I already love my little cozy apartment. It's very quiet here and no one bothers me. So far I have not experienced any type of pest issues or noisy neighbors as I did at my previous residence. As long as you keep your area clean and stay to yourself, you should be good to go. The maintenance crew gets everything done in a timely manner which is more than I can say for the last place where I used to reside. Even the property owners are extremely nice and helpful.
