am truly astounded at the lack of communication. Stephanie Mason the rep in office made an agency error causing my policy to cancel and not informing me(policyholder) of this. After I reached out and she admitted fault she was in no hurry to fix her error and neither was the principle agent/owner Kristy Moffitt. In less than a week after our initial contact Kristy Moffat at Brightway offered me a new homeowners policy, with Identical coverage as my existing policy, but at a much, much lower premium.
