I must definitely mention Sabrina Lee, who is a star, with whom I have been interacting for most of these years. Sabrina is very proactive and efficient, very courteous, quick responses and is always ready with options to suit different requirements that I have needed for coverage.

We are new to California. To obtain a new auto insurance, we needed a necessary document from previous insurer. It was an extremely difficult process. But Christine G. went above and beyond to accomplish the task. We really appreciate her persistent effort and great communications. We felt they truly care about their customers.
