A year ago I wrote a good review for Brightway. Today I am having to write a very bad review. Zero stars for effort and value! Having received a quote of over $4800/yr for my 4 bedroom home in Naples, I got new quotes from local Naples brokers. and I have already received 3 quotes with highly reputable underwriters ranging from $1000 to $1850 less than the quote you provided for me, and all of which have the same or higher coverage. Delighted with their service. Ella Miller has been helping me with my Naples home insurance. Without asking, she found a cheaper and better policy for me and suggested I have a look at it. Then when my policy needs changed she was able to help me with that. Never any issues or delays. Just great service.
