Very happy with Ken and his staff,very friendly and helpful.If there is any issues they will call you and let you know. Luckily enough I have never had to put a claim in on my flood insurance.
So many issues this this broker. When our mortgage was sold to Chase we called no less than 15 times to get our flood policy sent over to the Chase so they could pay it. Brightway said they sent it over and over again and it never happened. This went on so long that we ended getting dropped from our flood policy and Chase had to buy a policy on "our behalf" which was significantly more expensive.
