I have never placed a auto insurance claim In over 20 years of driving. I recently left state farm insurance . Brightway insurance broker set me up w star casualty. What a mistake. I was in a accident in which another driver failed to yield and t bone my vehicle. They assumed liability. It took 8 weeks for star casualty to pay towards my repairs.
