Knowledgeable, professional, personable, clean, took their time to do a good job, and respectful of my property and furniture. It was a harder job as the carpets are older. Now they look much better and fresher than other companies who previously did the work. I highly recommend them.

Our home flooded in the Harvey flooding event last year. Even though the tile throught the house had been cleaned and sanitized many times I still didn't feel it was clean. Boy was I right!!! We had Brightway clean tile and grout and it made an amazing difference. Not only did they do a good job, they were on time, on quote and didn't try to sell us on any other product or service like so many carpet cleaning companies do.
