I went to this dealership under the impression that a hard credit pull would only happen after a payment amount was finalized. Unlike this dealer, other dealerships were able to give me a payment figure soon after a soft credit check. Instead, this dealership ran a hard inquiry without my consent, which caused a 16-point drop in my credit score. I’m very disappointed, as other places gave me transparency and fairness, and I expected the same here.
Ryan and Eric was excellent, didn't hesitate to help and put me in a great vehicle with excellent pricing and miles ....even help me with insurance coverage.... I LOVE my BMW!! ... COME CHECK THEM OUT THEY ARE EXTRAORDINARY ❣️❣️
