I’ve been receiving MFR for some time now. I had had neck and shoulder pain for years. It has been a gradual process. But after my time with Kelli my neck pain is more or less gone and my shoulder pain has decreased. I have tried so many other things that were not as impactful. This works but it is a process.
After holding on to tension my whole life in my shoulders and neck, I had my therapist suggest this treatment. I've been REALLY happy with it. After just a few treatments I notice a difference. I'm sleeping a little better. I notice my shoulders aren't as tight. She's very professional and thorough. I'm very happy with her.
I started seeing Kelly due to chronic upper left trap pain and anxiety. I absolutely love my sessions. I leave feeling super relaxed and much lighter than when I came in and I am seeing a decrease in my overall pain and anxiety. I definitely recommend!
Use caution in dealing with her . My work schedule delayed me from getting to my appt and when you ask for a reschedule 24-47 hours in advance she considers it a cancellation and charges you full price for not seeing you and is not flexible in rescheduling but she will actively try to fill the spot and still charge you .
