Use caution in dealing with her . My work schedule delayed me from getting to my appt and when you ask for a reschedule 24-47 hours in advance she considers it a cancellation and charges you full price for not seeing you and is not flexible in rescheduling but she will actively try to fill the spot and still charge you . After total knee replacement, I spent months going to physical therapy and doing exercises at home. I reached a point of being stuck in the same place, as far as pain and range of motion. I came to Kelly to try and get some pain relief, more range of motion, and just moving easier. I am now able to go up and down the stairs, walk with a normal gait pattern, have minimal pain, and am slowly regaining range of motion. I am also able to pedal a bike without pain. I highly recommend Kelly and myofacial release.

Kelly is fantastic at addressing sources of tightness and pain. As someone who spends lots of hours behind a computer, I am so grateful for Kelly's expertise. She has really helped address my aches and has given me excellent suggestions for alleviating tension and loosening tight muscles at home.

My first appointment with Kelly was great. I had no experience with myofascial release therapy and while it was not exactly what I expected in a massage, the effects after just one session was so much better than from a standard spa massage. I have been telling my family and friends about it since I left. Definitely will be back to see Kelly!
