I had an amazing experience at Brightwater Medical Clinic & pharmacy From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, Dr Yaqoob is a very knowledgeable doctor he was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommend
I would give zero stars if I could, and wish I had a positive experience more similar to others on here. I went in for a pap and had to wait over 30 mins for a booked appointment with no estimate on wait time. When I finally got to the room, I had no indication of when the doctor would be in and was there for 10+ minutes before I asked reception how long the doctor would be. Very professional walk in medical clinic in Port Credit! You can either walk in or book an appointment. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind. The customer service is excellent. Plenty of parking available. It is wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend them!
