One word - TERRIBLE
05/22/25- Not any better over a year later. This company bit off more than they could chew. They have been at Magnolia Place for 3 months and the grounds look atrocious. Their edging and weedwhacking looks like it was done by a 3 year old. Check out the pictures I have attached. I could attach a whole bunch more but this is around just about everyone of the 46 buildings. Our place had stunning landscape and Brightview has ruined it. Just watched the crew of this company throw the lunch trash on the ground at 7/11 and toss chicken wings in the ditch when the trash can was less than 20 feet away
