This company bit off more than they could chew. They have been at Magnolia Place for 3 months and the grounds look atrocious. Their edging and weedwhacking looks like it was done by a 3 year old. Check out the pictures I have attached. I could attach a whole bunch more but this is around just about everyone of the 46 buildings. Our place had stunning landscape and Brightview has ruined it. Absolute idiots running this company. Obviously no experience in lawn maintenance. Scalp the yard one week then show up the next and do it all over again. They will ruin your grass and charge you to do it.
