Horrible. Please heed my caution if you hire them for anything. Unless you like to waste your money. They will edge with weed eaters and cut your lines to lighting and never repair. The damaged my fence with their lawnmowers, the run over and kill your plants in the mulch, they NEVER respond to help tickets and can't manage a irrigation schedule. These guys will charge a ton and provide little to no work. GARBAGE!

Sloppy service and they don't care how much customers are paying because it is through an HOA. They edge first mow over sidewalks and driveways leaving terrible tread marks everywhere. When they finish weekly mowing- the owners need to go out and clean up the mess they leave. When it was suggested that they edge after they mow so all of the clippings don't end up getting blown into where they "edge" I was told it doesn't work that way on large jobs-which makes zero sense because you can easily edge afterwards. Bright view Took over our landscaping @ our private GCC. Grass completely overgrown. Property looks worse that any time in last decade. Weeds everywhere. They show up once in a while scheduling a joke. Sloppy work. Very poor cannot wait till contract period ends. No price to much to get rid of.

I have been calling this company for months now about them killing plants I put outside my home and the vendors don't speak English and also they do a horrible job cutting the trees back and the yards..

Brightview provides HORRIBLE service! BV does not perform to our HOA contract. Simple things, trimming around stop signs, breaking sprinklers repeatedly, locking that gates when they leave, butchering when they trim, not blowing off trimming from sidewalks, front porches, etc. We pay BV to spray for weeds in our yards and flower beds. Several of our yards are filled totally with weeds. They trim to 8 feet but we have several that are 12 feet or higher. If is an EVERY week issue -- when they show up. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
