Terrible, this company does not do irrigation visits, only if you complain do they come out. They are over priced and do not answer communication from customers. Horrible, and they are a national company, not local. People are better off hiring local hard working people who abide by their contractual obligations.
These guys make My apartment look pretty good But spend ten minutes chasing one leaf with a leaf blower. I almost wanted to offer a broom to thr guy lol Also it's a corporation with headquarters in Florida or Arkansas or somewhere like that so good luck getting any help from them also you're not going to get any help from your property managers either because they don't know what brightview is doing nobody does they could be leaf blowing three times a week at your property and no one can stop them
I was an employee at brightview on my 90 day.Probation period in the middle of my probation period my wife of thirty years acquired stage four uterine cancer. Understanding the 90 day probation period was times not having anyone to take my wife to her treatments. I had to ask for time off in advance and with no Avail. Bright view had no compassion in regards to my situation and 2 days before my 90 probation period was up i was fired.
William the person who answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE wow I have never felt so belittled before . Stay far away from this company
I don't know about anyone else's experience with BrightView but they came to trim my front yard tree and did an amazing job!! Two guys!! Tree looks awesome and they did a Great job cleaning my yard and sidewalk. Pat on the back, two thumbs up!! Thank you!!
