I don't think this company has field supervisors. The employees start a job but seem to never actually finish a job. When they cut grass, they run over paper trash and just leave it there, so ugly. They run their mowers up onto the sidewalk which makes an ugly mess, then they leave the job with the mess they have created there. All employees do not speak English, or so they say they don't. Where are the supervisors?
A landscaping crew in Dublin last week was extremely creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable. Please train better.
