I have repeatedly called and asked them to turn on the irrigation system in a common space behind my home and they have not responded. The beautiful shrubbery and other plants are wilting and dying due to their unwillingness to have someone activate the sprinkler system. BrightView has been replaced with another landscape company. The plants are now being watered.
I had been asking them to fix a broken sprinkler head and after a month I ended up doing it myself. Also my grass has alot of weeds and moss patches. I'll probably have to fix it myself because all they do is cut grass and leave.I will bring up replacing them in our next HOA meeting.

Punks blowing bricks and leaves at cars on purpose. Lawn care is sub par as well
