Points for friendly crews. Brightview is generally incompetent and fails to follow directions. When contacted to discuss a problem, they're impossible to reach. Errors that have been discussed are repeated over and over again. They have damaged and even entirely removed plants without permission. Their crews have no idea how to prune bushes. They quoted SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS to remove and replace three dead arborvitae.

BrightView Landscapes has been the landscape company for our HOA for many years. Aside from keeping our entire community looking beautiful, they also work on special projects. Recently, they removed a large amount of Carex which was taking over the landscaped area in front of our house. They then filled the excavated area with compost and moved two large boulders from other areas to ours. We planted new, native shrubs around the boulders and spread bark mulch. It looks amazing! Brightview goes above and beyond! The staff is pleasant and courteous. We are an older, large condominium association and because of Brightview we look like park. We tried a cheaper landscapers in the past, you get what you pay for. Brightview brought the property back with their excellent service and knowledge. In these challenging times, they are willing to work within our budget , and continue to make improvements to the property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
