A BrightView driver crossed the lines at an intersection in June of 2025 in Princeton and totaled our car, and as the police report conveys, it was entirely BV's fault. Thankfully our son was okay, but we incurred significant expenses in the loss of valuation for the car and the carrying costs post accident that BrightView leadership has failed to address or even respond to. A company that purports excellence has not demonstrated responsibility or responsiveness in this case. If I could, there would be no stars. .
