I gave 4 stars because I didn’t make it through my first visit. I just wanted to give new comers a heads up. Do not sit in the small waiting room with other patients. I chose to sit in there during my wait. While in there I witnessed a drug deal between two other patients. The more the room filled up the more negativity I heard. Checked in to start the day...this place is a life saver
The staff is great the dr is wonderful they saved my life I give 5 stars
I did everything right for 3 years. I never missed an appointment. I was never even late for an appointment. Never failed a drug test. I got put onto the sublocade injection and got 5 of those and on my last appointment they had me sign the paperwork in case I needed another one. I told them then that I wouldn't be back for several months if at all and they acted like it was no issue at all. I recently switched to Brightview in Madisonville from Western KY Medical in Hopkinsville. I never would’ve imagined a place as amazing as Brightview even exists! Everyone is extremely kind and treats you like family! They genuinely care and will listen to you and accommodate to needs. I am so glad I switched and couldn’t recommend a better clinic to attend! They are always quick and get everyone in and out with ease. I’ve never had to wait to dose for any longer than maybe 5 minutes!
